Gabriel Boudier Crème de Framboises (700ml)

Made with a harmonious blend of Scottish and Burgundy raspberries, this liqueur sports a deep, vivid dark-cherry hue and a mouth-filling cherry-berry preserves flavour. However, the spirit finishes with a subdued, earthy note, and has a lighter feel than expected. Founded in 1874, the French liqueur house Gabriel Boudier is justly most famous for its Creme de Cassis, but also produces a wide range of other fine fruit-based liqueurs with pretty labels, of which this raspberry liqueur is an outstanding example.
