Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (750ml)

A medium-bodied, fruity wine, with ripe red berry and plum flavours and spicy aromas. Smooth and easy drinking.

Vinification: Aged 11 months in French (65%) oak barrels, American (30%) oak barrels, and stainless steel. 96% Sonoma County, 4% Mendocino County. Artisan winemaking techniques, such as cold soaking and extending maceration were used to enhance and simultaneously soften the tannins, deepen the color, and intensify the flavors.

Appearance: Deep ruby purple.

Nose: Black cherry, blackberry, and chocolate aromas, complemented by hints of dried culinary herbs, provide a fruit-forward, savory profile. 

Taste: The palate displays balanced flavors of black currant, mocha, and vanilla, 

Finish: An elegant, velvety finish.

Food pairing: Rib-eye steak, lasagna.
