A pale dry sparkling rosé with fine bubbles that lift the delicate fragrance of summer berries and honeysuckle, then dance with ripe blackcurrants and brioche flavours.
Grape Varietals: 77% Pinot Noir, 19% Early Pinot Noit and 4% Pinot Meunier.
Vineyards: Fruit is sourced from Kent, Chalk and clay soils. A warm and sunny yielded fruit with great balance and purity of character.
Vinification: Cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by full malolactic fermentation. Maturation is fine less in the tank for six months before bottling and an average of 18 months of further ageing on lees in the bottle.
Appearance: Lovely salmon pink colour.
Nose: Expect aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries and redcurrants with background notes of toasty shortbread.
Taste: The palate is crisp and fresh, its fine mousse contributing to the light and effortless style.
Food pairings: Great as an aperitif or for pairing with light pasta dishes and summer fruit desserts.
