Deep ruby colour with purple hints. Intense and elegant – very harmonious with red fruits (cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant) melt with black pepper, eucalyptus and leather notes. Straight with a long freshness - Very full on the palate, pure fruit aromas with a delicate animal background raising very elegant and attractive tannins.
Southern Rhône Valley, north of Avignon, in the commune of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 4 neighbouring villages. Complex nose combining liquorice, prunes, sultanas, mocha, cocoa, spices and leather on a background of red fruit. Some notes of undergrowth and smoke underline the ageing. The palate is structured and powerful but retains the freshness typical of wines vinified in whole bunches. Complexity, finesse, structure and an incredible length in the mouth will accompany your meals.
