Carmen Clasico MGX Cabernet Sauvignon (750ml)

A well-priced Pinot Grigio from Argentina. High-altitude vineyards offer ideal microclimates for this grape. The result is a full, clean PG, peachy and acidic.

Appearance: Ruby-colored wine with a bright colour. 

Nose: With an intense bouquet developed by the combination of ripe red fruits, plums, vanilla tones, and a fine toast given by the French oak barrels. 

Taste: Medium body, fine structure.

Finish: Smooth and great.

Food pairings: Red meats, cold cuts, strong legs (bolognese, carbonara), medium intensity cheeses (cheddar, gruyere).
