This wine is characterized by a balance in the mouth which oscillates between aromatic freshness and acidity, DNA of Gascony and Colombelle. There is a dominant aroma of grapefruit and lemon. 
The first vinification and blending trials with the Colombard and Ugni blanc grape varieties are convincing; Plaimont Producteurs invests in appropriate technical equipment.

About the Producer:
A land of wine long devoted to Armagnac, Gascony experienced a wine renaissance at the end of the 1970s when André Dubosc, a native of the country, rediscovered a Gers grape variety called "French Colombard" during a tasting in the United States.
