Domaines Ott* Château de Selle Rosé Coeur de Grain (1.5 Litre)

The wine is a reflection of the complexity of its limestone hillsides and arid soil; austerity bathed in dazzling sunshine. 

The Château de Selle Rosé combines various grape varieties from the Côtes de Provence appellation, including a majority of Grenache creating the delicate colour and vinous character. Cinsault adds softness, and Syrah and Mourvèdre bring fruit.

Appearance: Pale pink with golden tints.

Nose: It releases fragrances of citrus fruit and orchard flowers enveloped in spice. 

Taste: On the palate, the immediate effect is elegant and open, developing subtle aromas with a lemony edge.

Finish: A sweet finish of appealing length.

About the producer: Domaines Ott was established in 1912 by Marcel Ott. He was an agricultural engineer from Alsace who set out to create a great wine estate near the Mediterranean in the South of France. Today, they are continuing the family traditions, steadfastly committed to creating the finest expressions of Provence.
