Made from the finest Sauvignon grapes vinified in 100% purity. The origin is that of Friuli Doc. 

Appearance: A straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. 

Nose: The perfume has aromas on the nose developing around hints that recall yellow pepper, banana and melon. 

Taste: The taste in the mouth is elegant, enveloping, and perfectly balanced in the structure.

Food pairings: An excellent wine with fish dishes, even with sushi and sashimi: terrific with freshly seared squid.

About the producer: Fantinel was founded in 1969, when restaurateur and hotelier, Paron Mario Fantinel, acquired his first vineyards in the Collio area of northern Friuli. With now the third generation represented by Marco, Stefano, and Mariaelena, what started as a small agricultural company has become an internationally prestigious winery and ambassador of Friulian wine-making throughout the world.
