Garden Shed Gin (700ml)

This award-winning Garden Shed Gin is a classic London-style gin made in Scotland. The recipe was created in the garden, using a blend of 13 botanicals including homegrown blackberries, dandelion root, and lavender. The producers took inspiration from these three key ingredients and built our recipe around them. Bottled at 45% ABV.

Appearance: Clear transparent colour.

Nose: Floral notes from the lavender, and a slight sweetness from the blackberries are accompanied by fresh lemon and a hint of earthiness.

Taste: Soft and rounded, with earthy floral notes which complement the gentle citrus.

Finish: A hint of spice and liquorice notes lead to a long and warming finish.

About the Brand: The idea behind Garden Shed Gin evolved when a group of friends sat around the dinner table, discussing a recent visit to a local distillery. After a few drinks and delusions of grandeur, the Garden Shed Drinks Company was born. Their concept was to create a gin in the shed, inspired by botanicals found on their doorstep, from the wild blackberries at the bottom of the garden to the dandelion they worked so hard to get rid of. Their dream quickly changed into a goal and soon became a reality. Not only have they created what they believe to be a clean, fresh, flavoursome gin, but they also have a vision to give back to nature by supporting Scottish charities such as the Bumblebee Conservation Trust and Trees4Scotland. Their ambition for the future is to continue making fine spirits and have fun doing it!
