The wine is clear pale ruby. On the nose the wine is clean with aromas of cedar wood, leather, blackcurrant, raspberry, cherry jam. A dry wine with medium acidity, low tannin, and medium finish. The wine has aromas of cloves, green pepper, blueberry, blackberry.
Taste: Stamp Shiraz Cabernet is a medium-bodied red wine rich in mulberry, cherry and plum flavours with subtle, spiced oak characters and a juicy finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with lamb, beef or mushroom-based dishes.
