The secret of Berne Inspiration lies in its skilful blend of grape varieties, reigned over by Grenache Noir, grown on Provencal limestone terroirs. The use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, coupled with stringent temperature controls and, especially, careful stirring of fine lees, procures a wine with a beautiful colour, gourmet palate and delicate fruity aromas. A beautifully textured wine that lends body and intensity to the colour and nose. A perfect food wine.
Appearance: A classic Provence pale pink, copper hues, starbright.
Nose: Grapefruit, citrus blossom, strawberry, mouth-watering, tart aromas. It’s like walking through a Provence lavender field on an early summer morning.
Palate: Dry in the finish with flavours of fresh strawberry, Provencal lavender, and freshly-picked basil.
