Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)

Grapes were harvested at 4o’clock in the morning, pressed immediately and allowed to settle and ferment in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was aged on the lees for 4 months before blending. Bright in appearance with a burst of stone fruit and and a hint of spice on the nose. The palate is rich and zesty, citrus flavours abound with a lively texture and balanced acidity. The wine concludes with a long crisp finish.
