Kendall-Jackson Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (750ml)

Made from low-yielding, higher-elevation estate vineyards throughout Sonoma County, the Grand Reserve is an ideal expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. Subtle notes of chocolate and toasty vanilla add to the richness and are accompanied by fine-grained tannins on a lengthy finish.

Vinification: Aged for 15 months in 80% French oak (30% new) and 20% American oak. Pre-fermentation cold soak adds layers of complexity by extracting a silkier tannin profile.  Precision harvesting, sorting, de-stemming, and pressing methods are utilized so the grapes are handled in the most delicate manner possible.

Nose: Blackberry and blueberry with enticing fragrances of mocha and nutmeg.

Food pairings: Stuffed mushrooms.
