Château d'Arsac Le Kid d'Arsac (750ml)

A beautiful blend of Cabernet and Merlot hailing from Margaux, This wine starts its life growing on gravelly soils. After harvest, the wine fermented in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in half steel vats, half new oak casks.

Appearance: A gorgeous deep purple-red colour.

Nose: Lead pencil, minerals, and herbs on the nose. 

Taste: It's medium to full-bodied with firm tannins.

Food pairings: Perfect alongside lamb chops.

About the Producer: Château d'Arsac is one of the oldest properties in Margaux: its history dates to the 12th century when it was the Seigneury of Arsac. The Château fell on hard times until it was purchased in 1986 by Philippe Raoux, who oversaw an extensive renovation of the vineyards and winemaking facilities.
