Les Charmes de Liversan (Second Vin) (750ml)

The terroir is very homogeneous and our second wine is truly second to none in the great years! Les Charmes de Liversan will be a rare wine. Less powerful than its older brother, the colour is beautiful garnet, almost purple. The nose is floral with rose petals. The palate is full, round and the finish, refined during maturing, offers generous length.
About the Producer: Château Liversan is a splendid property on the edge of Pauillac, less than three kilometres from Lafite and Mouton Rothschild. High tech winemaking facilities enable meticulous vinification. After rigorous selection at the blending stage, the wines are aged in new or young oak barrels (two-years old at the most). This meticulous approach is reflected in the growing quality and success of recent vintages at Liversan, which, according to Robert Parker, is one of the best managed crus bourgeois in the Médoc.
