Carefully selected red glutinous sorghum from Luzhou, Sichuan is fermented in historical fermentation pits and blended to perfection. Packaged in a traditional porous Chinese clay bottle, Zisha Daqu Baijiu pays respect to the heritage and history behind the Luzhou Laojiao brand and designates itself as a "living baijiu."
