It is said that the Muscadet "Château du Cléray" must make its "Easter". It exudes aromas of lemon, lime blossom, mint and green apple. Muscadet "Château du Cléray" is present on the most prestigious tables in France and around the world.
Vinification:
Fermentation for 19 days at low temperature in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats then aging on its lees for 6 months with batonnage.
Appearance:
Translucent with silver reflections.
Nose:
White flowers, lime blossom, we are on fresh fruits such as citrus, pear, pineapple.
