Dated Selected high quality fresh and soft pomace from Monovitigno® Pinot, Friulano and Malvasia grapes. A distillate with a charming personality as it joins the elegance and the richness of its scents with an extraordinary temper. It reflects the characteristics, the story and the habits of the century old tradition of the Nonino Family whence it comes from. Distilled with artisanal stills. On the nose it is soft, lightly aromatic, floral, and scents of pastry, in one’s mouth it is persistent and has a great personality. Perfect as a base for fabulous cocktails, coupled with raw fish or finger food. Ideal if added during the preparation of cream cakes or creams in general (both custard and whipped cream) and in ice-cream. Excellent in sherbets and fruit salad.
