Appearance:
A warm and mysterious ochre in the bottle, a vibrant gold in the glass 

Nose:
Dominant notes of vanilla from longer ageing in French oak barrels, followed by dried apricot and candied pear

Taste:
A perfect harmony between the strength of dried fruit flavors and subtle notes of licorice offering a great complexity of elegant and delicate aromas

Body:
Well balanced, structured and multi layered Combines the roundness of dried fruits with a pleasant mouthfeel and silky texture.

Cocktails:
Rémy Ginger

Ingredients:
50ml Rémy Martin VSOP
Top with ginger ale
Angostura bitters
Lemon wedge

Method:
1. Pour Rémy Martin VSOP over cubed ice.
2. Top with ginger ale.
3. Add two drops of Angostura bitters.
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Mint Julep

Ingredients:
60ml Rémy Martin VSOP
8 mint sprigs
15ml simple syrup
Shaved ice

Method:
1. Add 8 mint sprigs and the simple syrup to a mixing glass.
2. Add shaved ice and 60 ml (2 oz) Rémy Martin VSOP.
3. Shake until frosted, then pour the concoction into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
