Santa Carolina Brut Chardonnay (750ml)

This Sparkling wine, finds its terroir in the Casablanca Valley, which is one of the youngest valleys in Chile’s viticultural history, but also one of the most developed ones. Casablanca’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean brings every-morning fogs and cool-afternoon ocean breezes that moderate the valley temperatures and humidity. The climate combined with granitic soils promotes a long ripening period with low yields, and allows us to produce a distinct and prime example of Chardonnay.
Nose: Citric and fresh fruit tones, like green apple, baked bread and yeast.
Taste: Creamy texture, dry and with a full body.
