The palate is crisp and clean with elegance, displaying subtle lemon with grapefruit and a touch of honeysuckle, lightly floral, finishing crisp and fresh, balanced acidity with vegetal characters. An excellent aperitif, best served with oysters, seafood or Valencay cheese.
