Steenberg Sphynx Chardonnay (750ml)

The Steenberg Sphynx Chardonnay has notes of lime, peach, pear drop, butterscotch and vanilla. This Chardonnay has an intense aroma of limestone, orange blossom and caramelized custard. The palate has a subtle oak spice, pear and dried apple. 
The Steenberg Sphynx Chardonnay is silky with an elegant structure, creamy texture, clean acidity and chalky tannins. 

Vinification:
The balanced Chardonnay from South Africa is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Chardonnay grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in the cellar at controlled temperatures.
