Takamaka Extra Noir Rum (1 Litre)

Takamaka Extra Noir is a rich blend of molasses and agricole Rum's. Extra Noir is a blend of pot and column distilled molasses rum, soaked with French oak and pressed with French and ex-bourbon wood. Finally, the rum settled in ex-French cane rum casks for 60 days. A full-bodied, punchy rum that retains some high ester funk and spicy elements from the French oak, and notes of vanilla and sweet undertones from the ex-bourbon. No sugar, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV—ideal for a long, serious highball.

About the Brand: Located in the Saint André plain on the island of Mahé, the 3 Frères distillery developed its first rums from the Seychelles in 2002. Called Takamaka, these rums take their name from one of the 23 districts of the island to which they belong.
