There is a river which flows placidly through Sardinia that takes its name from the ceremonial staff attributed to the Greek god Dionysus, it is called Thyrsus. There is a wine that flows happily in your glass and takes its flavour from Vermentino grapes, it is called Tyrsos. The bouquet is as intense and floral as a spring day, its flavour is as fresh and delicate as a summer night spent looking up at the sky. Its colour is that of a bashful sun, but is guaranteed to light up the face of anyone who chooses it.
Nose: Notes of Mediterranean scrub herbs, juicy citrus fruits, white fruits, floral essences and iodized hints.
