Viña Real Gran Reserva is a red wine made with Tempranillo and Graciano from a careful selection of the best grapes from the best estates in the winery.
Once the grapes are harvested, they ferment in stainless steel vats and then macerate with the skins for about 15 days. The malolactic fermentation is in French and American oak barrels with periodic manual decanting.
The aging lasts for 24 months in the same barrels. Clarification with natural egg white. The wine stands in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months.
