Villard Grand Vin Le Pinot Noir (750ml)

Rich, textured Pinot Noir with dark berries, fresh strawberries, and mushroom notes. Fine-grained tannins, dense and layered.

Vinification: This wine is the result of various lots of Pinot Noir vinified in small tanks. There was an average of 8 days of maceration at 8ºC before fermentation, followed by 9 days of fermentation with “pipeage & pump-overs”, then maceration for another 7 days. After fermentation, the wine was aged in barrels for 10 months. Only the best barrels were selected to make this wine.

Appearance: Ruby red.

Nose: Violets, cherries, strawberries, blackberries.

Taste: Attack on red and black fruits, nice body with silky tannins, nice power, long finish on wild fruits.

Food pairings: Red meat, game.
