Cenote Añejo Tequila (700ml)

Named after naturally occurring swimming holes created by holes formed in limestone bedrock, Cenote Añejo Tequila spends a year maturing in American oak barrels before being bottled. It was created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Rich amber in colour with good legs. With a smoked, woody nose with vanilla, spice and chocolate on the palate, this complex spirit balances the flavours present in the Yucatán Peninsula terrain.

Nose: Spiced tropical citrus and melon, cornichons, olives and charcuterie, floral honey butter, and cola and sarsaparilla

Taste: Same as aromas with suggestions of chocolate shake, coconut milk latte, and cedar
