Bainian literally translates to "hundred years", referencing the mud pits it was fermented in that have been continuously producing for over a hundred years. With a complex floral aroma and rich taste, Bainian's quality is exceptional, as brilliantly smooth as it is flavourful. Bainian can be enjoyed at room temperature or served chilled. Luzhou Laojiao is one of the four oldest distilleries in China, originated during the Time of the Ming Dynasty in 1573. It is famous for being produced in an environment with a unique clay composition that gives the spirit its famous aroma and taste.
