This Champagne is a perfectly executed blend of over 200 crus, mingling the full body of pinot noir with the suppleness of meunier and the finesse of chardonnay. The very incarnation of balance in Champagne for over 150 years.
Taste: The wine's enticing palate, redolent of white-fleshed fruits and citrus is enhanced by fine bubbles and its elegant maturity is revealed in notes of brioche and wheat.
Nose: On the nose fresh fruits combine with citrus notes of lemon and orange.
Palate: On the palate more citrus flavour show through with great balance. The mid-palate opens to a focused flavour of refreshing acidity. A very clean finish with impressions of white peach.
