Appearance: Vibrant yellow.

Nose: Aromas jump out of the glass, such as lemongrass, jalapeño peppers and fresh herbs.

Taste: Vibrant acidity with a medium body and juicy finish.

Food pairings: Perfect aperitif wine, served chilled on warm summer days. Sauvignon Blanc's riper tropical flavours is perfectly paired with fresh seafood, such as sautéed scallops or seared snapper. Fresh herbal flavours match well with a fresh side salad of fresh rocket, goat cheese and melon.
