Wine details:
•SPARKLING: Fantinel Prosecco Extra Dry NV (Italy) - Full-bodied and has a great flavour profile. Featuring a straw yellow colour with green shimmer, it tantalizes the palate with fresh, fine and pleasant fruity notes. 
•WHITE: Kim Crawford Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) - A fresh, juicy wine with vibrant acidity and plenty of weight and length on the palate. Ripe, tropical fruit flavour with passion fruit, melon, and grapefruit. 
•WHITE: La Chablisienne Bourgogne Chardonnay (France) – A crisp and zesty Chardonnay from Burgundy. Crisp green apple and pear, compliment nutty and spicy flavours with a thread of minerality. 
•RED: Bodega Norton DOC Malbec (Argentina) - Deeply red colour with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruits and black pepper. Friendly tannins on the palate, rounded structure and long finish. 
•RED: Rocca delle Macìe Campomaccione Morellino di Scansano (Italy) - This bright, easy-going red opens with aromas of wild berry, violet and a hint of scorched earth. The enjoyable no-frills palate offers red cherry, raspberry and a hint of ground pepper framed in supple tannins. 
•RED: Yalumba Samuel's Collection Barossa Shiraz (Australia) - Intensely deep crimson colour, powerful but full of grace and showing fine balance and structure. The wine opens with spicy blackberry notes. With time in the glass the wine reveals hints of cracked black pepper and then toffee, dark chocolate, and espresso coffee.
