Barton & Guestier Bordeaux AOC (750ml)

Named after Germain Rambaud, 18th-century cellar master for Thomas Barton, this spicy wine is full of blackberry fruits, with soft tannins. It is made for early drinking. The terroirs’ diversity of the blend makes a well-balanced wine with character and complexity. Vegan Friendly & Sustainably farmed, certification in process.
Nose: Intense aromas of very ripe red fruit: blackcurrant, strawberry.
Taste: When agitated, fine and elegant vanilla, toasty and roasted hazelnut notes appear. Extremely fruity and well-balanced, with rich and velvety tannins.
Food Pairing: Pasta in savoury tomato sauce, marinated steak, butter roasted chicken, all cheeses.
