Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro Preto, Tinta Roriz

Appearance: It has an intense ruby colour.

Nose: This wine has an extraordinary aroma with good fruit and mineral notes.

Taste: Medium-bodied but with good presence and ripe and polished tannins. Fruity, fresh taste. Elegant and harmonious. It ends with persistence.

Food pairings: Blackened chicken, barbecued beef roast, rib steak on the barbie.

Vinification: Complete disengagement, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.

About the producer: Quinta de Cabriz is a leading winery in the Dao region of northern Portugal, founded in 1990, a region known for its magnificent mountains (Estrela, Caramulo and Bussaco) and the unique microclimate that is in symbiosis with its indigenous grape varieties.
