Cabriz Dao Colheita Seleccionada Rose (750ml)

Blending: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro.

Appearance: This Cabriz Rose Wine has a bright pinkish colour.

Nose: It's a beautiful Rose wine with an intense fragrance of fresh red berries predominantly cherries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

Taste: It has a fruity flavour with a distinct volume, silky, persistent and lasting.

Food pairings: It is perfect as an accompanying wine to wok vegetables with fish, vegetable salad with beetroot or omelette with salmon and fennel.

Vinification: The grapes for Cabriz Rose Wine Colheita Seleccionada were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing with quick contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 C for approximately 15 days. After 4 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine was bottled.
