Cabriz Dao Colheita Seleccionada White (750ml)

Blending: Bical, Cerceal, Encruzado, Malvasia Fina.

Appearance: It presents a bright yellow colour, with greenish nuances.

Nose: It is a wine of great aromatic intensity, where aromas of pears, green apples and citrus fruits predominate.

Taste: In the mouth, it is very fresh with mineral nuances. It is a very harmonious, elegant and balanced wine.

Finish: Fresh and distinct volume, elegant and harmonious.

Food pairings: Enjoy this wine with Rich fish, Shellfish and snacks.

Vinification: The grapes for Cabriz White Wine Colheita Seleccionada were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 °C for approximately 15 days. After 4 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine was bottled.
