Château Pavie Esprit de Pavie (750ml)

This wine comes from the most beautiful terroirs of Bordeaux, gravelly, clayey and clay-limestone located on the south-facing hillsides of the Dordogne valley.

Appearance: Dark, purple, beautifully mature colour. 

Nose: The aromas are in perfect harmony with the depth of the colour: crème de cassis, sweet blackberry, beautiful aromatic diversity on the nose, lively and lively. The woodiness delicately underlines the whole.

Taste: The attack on the palate is supple, and round, followed by a beautiful volume. 

About the Producer: Like all the estates on the coveted plateau, Pavie asserts a lineage back to the Romans. However, the modern-day estate was formed in the late 19th century by Ferdinand Bouffard who combined several plots to form Château Pavie.
