Made from the local Primitivo grape that grows on the Salento peninsula in the Puglia region. In the taste it is generous with a nice concentration of ripe plums, blackcurrants and notes of dried figs and dark chocolate.

About the Producer: Adria Vini Winery , founded in 2003, is a joint venture between Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero. Its goal is to produce quality Italian wines from local grape varieties. All details of production - from grape sorting to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling - are carefully controlled by Claudio Manera from Araldica Castelvero and Lella Burdese from Butino's Italian branch. The grapes come from private producers and cooperatives in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia, with which the winery has long-term relationships. Wines from Adria Vini have a unique flavor profile and also show good value for money.
