Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis Premier Cru Beauregard (750ml)

The domaine of Jean-Marc Brocard began with just one hectare, a wedding gift from his father-in-law when he married into a wine growing family. He has to now expanded to 200 hectares, of which eighty are biodynamic, and is widely recognised as one of Chablis’s leading producers. Surrounded by Chablis vineyards on all sides, the family estate was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. The estate spans almost 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic.

Nose:
Spicy notes with flint and citrus fruit aromas on the nose. 

Palate:
A subtle palate showing beautiful minerality and notes of lemon. 

Food Pairing:
Oysters, seafood, grilled fish, light-to-medium-flavoured courses.
