Light straw coloured wine. The intense freshness is typical of the terroir of a cooler climate. Aromas of white fruit and flowers. The taste has citrus and spicy notes. The wine is pleasantly mineral, spicy and has a long and fresh finish. This cuvée is a real opportunity to introduce the Chablis range with the know-how of Laroche and "Burgundy-style" vinification.

About the Producer:
Laroche is best known for its Chablis wines. After the South French and South African acquisitions, he started producing wines in Bourgogne as well. This Chardonnay is a sort of gateway to the world of Burgundian Chardonnays.
