Warwick Estate The First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon (750ml)

Dark fruits dominate, with notes of blackberry and black plum, complimented with spicy aromatics of clove, cinnamon and dried herbs. First Lady wines are in tribute to Norma Ratcliffe, who has been making wine on the Warwick Estate since the 1970’s and is considered the “First Lady” of the South African wine industry. Using fruit from some of the estates younger wines allows for a delicateness to pervade while still offering alluring length. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak.
